Tony Ligi, who serves as Executive Director of the Jefferson Business Council, will participate in the 2017 Early Childhood Policy Leadership Institute sponsored by Tulane University. The Jefferson Business Council advocates aggressive policy change regarding the providing of quality early childcare and education as a means of combatting high rates of illiteracy, poverty, crime, health issues and social costs.
